It is difficult for Brassband Rijnmond in these corona times. We would very much like to start again but unfortunately no permission has been given yet. The musicians and conductor are completely ready and have spent the time useful at home studying and making a corona-proof band photo.

The music world awaits an investigation, carried out by RIVM and KNMO into the risk of infection of the virus during joint music making. Until then, it is unfortunately not allowed to rehearse. Preparations for rehearsals have already been made and a few section rehearsals are planned (subject to change).

With the cancellation of the Dutch Brass Band Championships as announced by the NBK board on May 25, an important event in the planning of this autumn will be canceled. The band will therefore consider how we will fill in the coming period.

The musicians and conductor of Brassband Rijnmond wish you a lot of health in the near future. We also express the wish to be able to quickly make beautiful brass band music for ourselves and for our loyal fans.
