On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, the public will have the unique opportunity to attend a live rehearsal of the band in preparation for the Dutch Brass Band Championships (NBK).

The work “Redbad”, composed by Jan de Haan, which is mandatory for this championship, will be central that evening. Brassband Rijnmond sees this public rehearsal as an excellent opportunity to perform this work as a try-out for an interested audience. With their presence, the audience provides an extra motivation and stimulus for the conductor and musicians. It is also a great opportunity to get acquainted with the music association that has been based in Maassluis since the beginning of this year.
